At Safety and Focused Care our aim is to provide children from the ages of 8-17 a fresh start at a second chance. We aim to make sure every availability and opportunity is awarded to the children in our care, the same way any other family would be afforded.
Our trained support workers are on a well structured, motivated and highly mentored training development plan as well as being enrolled on their NVQ diplomas once completing their probationary period. This is all done to provide the best help and support that any young child could ask for. With a high emphasis on providing better outcomes through a system of mutual respect, understanding and shared vision, we look forward to continuing to provide our services for those in which we can assist.
Our ethos at Safety and Focused Care is to provide impeccable, bespoke, and holistic care packages to children and young people whose assessed care needs we feel we can manage. Through values such as stick ability, unconditional positive regard and a high control, high warmth approach alongside the staff developing excellent working relationships with children and young people we will assist them to succeed to their full potential. There will be a warm nurturing family environment where care staff are implicitly aware of everyone’s care needs and will support each individual to succeed to their full potential.
